What is BARRE?

We are not the typical barre class.  The moves are choreographed to motivating music while using the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands, steps, gliding disc, loops and small hand weights.  We sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body to give you beautiful, sculpted lean muscles using small range movements. You never know what you're gonna get!!
