What is HOT YOGA?

We like it hot! And by hot we mean 100°+. These classes combine yoga postures synched with your breath, fun and challenging balancing series, and core work.

Our stretch method releases tension, increases flexibility, and stimulates circulation while elongating your muscles. Each class ends with a soothing meditation to ease tension and relax the mind.


Practicing yoga in a heated room increases your pulse rate and metabolism, allowing your blood vessels to become more flexible, allowing your body to burn some serious calories! Not only is Hot Yoga amazing for weight loss, but it is great for your heart, mind, body, and soul.

Restorative Yoga (no-heat)
