What is KIDS YOGA?

Let kids explore the benefits of Yoga while having fun!
An innovative way to foster a sense of peace, creativity,
and empowerment in children 4-7. 


Children learn how to focus on balance, coordination, flexibility,  core strength & breathing techniques.   

Yoga poses are taught sequentially in an age-appropriate manner. Ultimately, learning to listen and listening to learn within themselves helps summon creativity, freshness,
newness, and joy in each moment!
