What is PILATES?

Fusing the principles of Joseph Pilates' core work with our coaches vast fitness expertise, train on state-of-the-art reformer machines.  Don’t let this machine scare you away! Step out of your comfort zone and push your body’s limits. Learn proper techniques and fundamental principles of pilates while strengthening and stretching to improve spinal mobility, build flexibility, and tone muscles. Create core strength along with a mind and body connection.

Reformer Pilates works on core stabilization which is vital to everyone as well as muscle endurance, peripheral joint stability, muscle strength, balance, coordination and much more. Each client has their own machine with Pilates gym set-up (Reformer, a Half Trapeze, Combo Chair, and a Barrel.)
