What is the ULTIMATE WORKOUT?

The Ultimate Workout is a combination of cardio and strength training.  As the inspiration for the original Orangetheory  workout,  Ultimate will  train your whole body with a focus on endurance, strength, and power.  We use interval training on the treadmill, rower, VersaClimber, and SkiErg while incorporating weights to metabolically change your body.
