House Rules
Cancellation Policy
Any class not canceled within 12 hours of the start time will be forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
We have a 5-minute late rule. If you are more than 5 minutes late to any class, you will not be permitted to enter, and your class will be forfeited.
Grip Socks Recommended
For stability, hygiene, and equipment safety, grip socks are recommended for certain classes (Pilates/Yoga). Socks are available for purchase in the studio.
Phone-Free Zone
To maintain a focused training environment, phones must remain on silent and off the workout floor during class.
Respect the Space + Each Other
Be mindful of noise, equipment, and fellow clients. We’re a community built on support, encouragement, and good energy.
First-Time Clients
If it’s your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so your instructor can walk you through the space and set you up properly.

Class times vary by day, with morning and evening options available. You can find the full schedule on our Classes page or directly in our booking system.

A water bottle
A small towel
Grip socks (required)
All equipment you need for class will be provided by the studio.

Absolutely, with the exception of our Intermediate and Advanced Pilates Classes. Just let your instructor know it is your first time, so they can modify accordingly.

Yes! We offer Miss Sue’s Baby & Toddler Classes, designed to introduce children to movement, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. These classes focus on age-appropriate exercises, motor skills, and the development of healthy habits early. Class schedules and age groups are listed on our Classes page.
